Where are you based?

We are Perth based and most of our in person consultations are included in our prices, however for those interstate or international other forms of communication are avaiable such as Facetime, Skype or even a simple email.

We are here to meet your needs anywhere in the world!

What is the hire period for Hire items?

The hire period is overnight, usually drop off is between 3pm-6pm and pick up between 10am -12pm the following day but this is flexible depending on what events are already booked.

How limited am I to customising products?

At Bolton Creations we strive to make things as personalised as possible. The only way we can achieve this through the website platform, is through dilligent communication. We are here to give you exactly what you want and not settle for less!

What if I want something completely different to what's on your website?

We are always looking for new projects to make, head to the Contact us page and submit your request, we will get back to you as soon as we can with whether or not we can make your project or not!

How can payments be made?

We can accept, Debit/Credit card & Bank transfer for deposit. Balance can be paid by Debit/Credit card, Bank transfer or cash on the day of Handover.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes, we have 1 million public liability cover.
